The Company A real estate development company possessing a solid local and international reputation and currently undergoing expansion seeks to bring on board a talented Structural Steelwork Supervisor to plan, implement and manage metallic structure building construction projects.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the authority of the Director of Works, your duties and responsibilities will consist of,
- Managing metallic structure building construction projects independently, from planning to implementation, while respecting budgets and deadlines.
- Supervising the activities of subcontractors and construction workers on site.
- Ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications.
- Ensuring safety on the site and safety standards are respected.
- Coordinating construction activities with other departments of the company.
- Managing the construction budget and ensuring that expenditures are in line with company objectives.
- Making work monitoring reports and site progress reports.
