Main responsibilities
Develop and maintain a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients for the reprographics, large format printing, visual design and marketing services offered by the company. Promote the company's expertise in signage and print marketing by offering tailor-made solutions to each client.

Duties and responsibilities

Prospection and business development:
  • Identify and target companies with needs in reprographics, signage and visual marketing services
  • Implement prospection strategies to develop the customer portfolio
Advising and selling of solutions:
  • Understand the specific needs of customers and offer them adapted solutions (large format printing, promotional material, etc.)
  • Write commercial proposals and establish quotes based on customer projects
Customer relationship management:
  • Ensure personalized monitoring of customer projects from design to delivery of the final product
  • Guarantee quality after-sales service and build customer loyalty
Contract negotiation:
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial contracts while ensuring profitability
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and the quality of the services offered
Reporting and monitoring of objectives:
  • Carry out regular sales monitoring and prepare reports for management
  • Analyze performance and propose corrective actions to achieve sales targets

Requirements
  •  Diploma / Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
Professional Experience 
  • Two (2) years or more of proven experience in B2B / B2C sales, particularly in the reprography, printing or visual marketing sectors.

Skills & Aptitude

Industry knowledge:
  • Understanding of reprography, large format printing and signage services.
Sales and negotiation skills:
  • Ability to convince, negotiate and conclude commercial contracts.
Ability to manage customer projects:
  • Order tracking, meeting deadlines, and satisfaction guarantee.
Proficiency in technological tools:
  • Use of sales management software and CRM tools, knowledge of design software (added advantage).
Personal qualities:
  • Good interpersonal skills, listening skills, rigor, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
