The Company Our client, a start-up in the phase of launching a new cosmetic product seeks to engage a talented Sales Manager to contribute to the successful commercialization and the optimum performance of the product on the market.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sales Director your responsibilities will involve,
- Developing and piloting sustainable sales strategies
- Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing daily, monthly, annual sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate sales data to superiors
- Maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Planing to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Building and managing a sales team. Recruiting sales staff
- Managing, developing, coaching, controlling and motivating the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and periodic sales target and KPI targets are met
- Ensuring targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Analyzing sales statistics to determine the performances of different products and salespeople
- Fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment
