ResponsibilitiesReporting to the HR/Legal Director, your mission will be to,
- Provide advise on dispute resolution procedures
- Draft legal documents/procedures
- Carry out procedures on behalf of clients
- Handle litigation files (litigation, claims, etc.)
- Carry out documentary monitoring (collection, analysis, etc.)
- Keep the company informed of new techniques and regulations related to business activities
- Prepare litigation files
- Process procedural documents
- Advise the company within a legislative framework
- Ensure the legal security of the company
- Defend the interests of the company during financial and legal operations
- Draft legal documents
- Implement debt recovery procedures
- Guarantee workers' rights
- Set up the terms of a contract
