Undergoing continuous expansion, we are recruiting a talented and dedicated Administration and Finance Manager for the company's subsidiary in Paris, France.
The Administration and Finance Manager will be in charge of resource planning and the implementation of financial techniques necessary for the smooth running of the company, ensure compliance with the company's legal, administrative and regulatory obligations, coordinate and supervise the accounting and finance departments, the personnel and administrative department.
Responsibilities:
Under the authority of the Managing Director your responsibilities will include,
- Developing and updating financial, procurement and administrative policies and procedures
- Ensuring that the finance and administration unit complies with laid down policies, procedures and regulations
- Organizing the preparation, approval, and execution of budget and ensure adequate budget control practices
- Developing and maintaining sound reporting systems to facilitate effective financial management and strong internal control mechanisms
- Ensuring an effective internal control system is maintained and adheres to statutory and fiscal requirements
- Analyzing financial and operating data and preparing management reports, periodic and annual financial statements of project accounts
- Ensuring that the project operations are carried out in accordance with sound financial management and procurement practices
- Overseeing the recruitment of staff
- Managing personnel, formalization of objectives, performance evaluation, initiatives and motivations, training plan in collaboration with the various operational managers
- Ensuring that there is adequate and conducive office environment for all staff
- Implementing with management, department managers and in conjunction with the central human resources department, a forecast HRM based on the management project and the guidelines of the establishment contract
- Supervising administrative and financial staff: set objectives, evaluate their degree of achievement, guide, support, coordinate and control the action of staff
- Ensuring, in conjunction with the central human resources department, the management and monitoring of acts linked to the career of workers (recruitment, promotion files, training advice, professional interviews)
- Coordinating general planning, schedules and staff leave
- Participating in the implementation of the quality approach (participation in the construction of the internal control framework)
- Participating in the monitoring of internal contracts between management and partners
- Participating in the definition of management control monitoring tools
