The Company A financial auditing firm is looking for a dynamic Executive Secretary to assist its CEO and Board of Directors in the day to day running of management affairs.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with project management for special projects
- Manage schedules, meetings and travel arrangements
- Preparation and distribution of meeting materials, reports and correspondence and complete necessary follow-ups
- Prepare and manage Management's budget, forecasting and expenditures
- Make reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly
- Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use
- Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence which concerns management
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
- Coordinate the logistics of special and offsite events, as necessary
- Other related duties
