The Company Our client is a manufacturing company currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to handle customer queries and advise customers accordingly, in order to ensure seamless patronage of the company's products and services.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will consist of,
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Processing orders, forms and requests
- Establishing new customer accounts and recording account information
- Recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer
- Identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible
- Documenting calls in accordance with departmental policies
- Selecting appropriate responses to customer issues and working quickly to resolve them
- Maintaining knowledge of contracts and policies and effectively interpreting information
- Referring advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary
