The Company 
Our client is a real estate agency which seeks to engage a Business Development Manager to contribute to its continuous growth by developing and managing new business.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify new markets
  • Help to establish the product, marketing and sales strategy
  • Understand the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
  • Present the products and services to potential clients
  • Sell products and services and follow-up new business opportunities
  • Draw up client contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis
  • Train team members, arranging external training where appropriate
  • Ensure achievement and continuous adhesion to sales targets

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field
Professional Experience
  • Four (4) years or more proven work experience in a similar position

Skills & Aptitude
  • Project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Commercial understanding and ability to identify sales opportunities
  • IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Networker, relationship builder
  • Business proficiency in French and English
  • Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
