The Company Our client is a real estate agency which seeks to engage a Business Development Manager to contribute to its continuous growth by developing and managing new business.
Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify new markets
- Help to establish the product, marketing and sales strategy
- Understand the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
- Present the products and services to potential clients
- Sell products and services and follow-up new business opportunities
- Draw up client contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis
- Train team members, arranging external training where appropriate
- Ensure achievement and continuous adhesion to sales targets
