The Company 
Specialised in the field of industrial material handling this company seeks to engage the services of a dynamic Administrative Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, plan administrative procedures to ensure that activities run efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the various workshops of the company ensuring uninterrupted and smooth operations
  • Identify process bottlenecks
  • Propose solutions for improvement
  • Ensure fluid and adequate flow of information within the company
  • Procure new materials as needed
  • Monitor the inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new equipment taking into account budgetary constraints
  • Supervise the servicing and maintenance of facilities
  • Collect, organize and store information using the computer and filing systems
  • Oversee special projects and track progress toward company goals
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum effectiveness
  • Organize and supervise other office activities recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
  • Ensure that operations comply with policies and regulations

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
Professional Experience 
  • Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in a similar position

  • Good understanding of office management processes
  • Experience with financial management and facilities management principles

  • Familiarity with budget planning and execution, human resources and customer service procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, filing and archiving methods, document scanning, note-taking techniques, impeccable written expression and spelling
  • Familiar with office and collaborative tools, namely intranet, internal social networks, web conference etc.
