The Company Our client, a leading company in the delivery sector seeks to engage an Administrative Manager to oversee and ensure a seamless coordination of administrative procedures.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will involve,
- Planning, coordinating and managing all administrative procedures and systems
- Supervising and coordinating daily operations of the various delivery channels of the company ensuring uninterrupted and smooth operations
- Identifying process bottlenecks
- Proposing solutions for improvement
- Ensuring fluid and adequate flow of information within the company
- Procuring new materials as needed
- Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new equipment taking into account budgetary constraints
- Supervising the servicing and maintenance of facilities
- Collecting, organizing and storing information using the computer and filing systems
- Overseeing special projects and track progress toward company goals
- Evaluating staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Organizing and supervising other office activities recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
- Ensure that operations comply with policies and regulations
